"Just Tell Them...
I have worked 40 years to make the Women's Suffrage platform broad enough for Atheists and Agnostics to stand upon, and now if need be I will fight the next 40 to keep it Catholic enough to permit the straightest Orthodox religionist to speak or pray and count her beads upon."

For the Past Couple of Years, Reading the News Upsets Me, and I Eat More
I'm not kidding.
Since 2008 I have gained 40 pounds. So, obviously.... This has got to stop!
I have analyzed the situation and: No, it is not a lack of exercise. (I am still walking 2 to 6 miles per day.) No, it is not so much the junk food (I do not eat cheetos or anything like them.)
Should I stop reading? Or....
How can I break the pattern of "news=upset=hunger??"
I am totally hooked on my PUMA blogs. But, seriously folks.... I have to break this cycle!!

I'd check out with the doctor, before you decide it's all the bad news.---A good dr.
I have an asshole for a GI---keeps telling me to lose weight, that's what causes all my ailments------it's just not true------
I'm not that overweight, but I did put on 30 pounds in over a year, once Meno finally kicked in, and it's been hell trying to get rid of it.
Just a suggestion

Thanks for checking in, Michelina. Yes... I am sure that this whole thing is partly M related. But... I also know that there is an emotional component.... and I have to admit, I am overwhelmed by all the bad news of late.
ReplyDeleteThat and this feeling that I was backstabbed by a political party that I'd worked for and voted for my whole life.
Sigh.
