I don't care what anybody out there might say about the economy "turning the corner." This was the worst summer we have ever seen in rescue. Donations are down. Adoptions are down. And the situation is becoming dire. Kill rates in area shelters are on the rise. The long and short of it is this.... if I don't take another job, Three Sister's Pet Rescue will be forced to close it's doggy door. And that would break my heart!
Sooo.... if you don't see me around much, be patient. It's only because I am job hunting and promoting fundraisers like THIS ONE.
Once I find the job I am looking for and get settled in.... I will be back to blogging. I promise!!
