"Just Tell Them...

I have worked 40 years to make the Women's Suffrage platform broad enough for Atheists and Agnostics to stand upon, and now if need be I will fight the next 40 to keep it Catholic enough to permit the straightest Orthodox religionist to speak or pray and count her beads upon."

Another Reason to Turn The TV Back Up, Another One for the PUMA Schadenfreude List

At least for the time being... the head misogynist at MSNBC has been suspended. Proof that all douches have an expiration date.

This is most certainly one for the infamous Schadenfreude list. After all... it was Keith-O who thought it would be a great idea for a Superdelegate to take Hillary into a dark room and beat her senseless... so that "only he comes out."

I don't really give a hot damn about why Mr. Olberjerk got canned. I simply hope that the sexist backstabber is gone for good. And I won't cry if Tweety follows him out the door. The harm that these two jokers did to our party (and our nation) by relentlessly bashing the best (female) Presidential candidate ever, while fellating the weakest, is irreparable.

  1. I decided not to add Keith's firing on my list. He actually looks good for donating to what he believes on - maybe I should put MSNBC for looking like hypocrites...I would have prefered KO to go as too insufferable sexist pig to stay on the airwaves.

  2. Well, be that as it may.... his firing is a symptom of a much larger problem at MSNBC. The CDS that brought them down has come back to haunt them.

  3. Who Boy,

Are you going to regret K.O. being sacked a year from now. Think, this is corporate media we are talking about. Do you think the replacement will be any less misogynist than K.O. ? No my stray dog, MSNBC will become even more the Heman Women Haters Club than before. And they will move more to the "center."

Thus, a net loss for progressive voices on the T.V. machine. For all his flaws K.O. was a reliable liberal voice or what passes for it in the Corporate Media.

Granted, just watching him you got the feeling the guy was a high maintenance, narcissistic, egomaniacal jackass--and that was on his good days. The thing is, is that description fits about 99 44/100 of the on air talent.

Remember that MSNBC is Only MSNBC in the evenings. In the day it is Morning Joe and his gal friday. How do you like that misogynist daytime dynamic? What to see that crapola bleed into the PM schedule? it will, it will with KO gone.

LOL Olberjerk. But seriously, Keith was bad for MSNBC on so many levels though I must admit that he is not as bad as Chris Matthews. Keith became obsessed with Fox News and spent a good time of his show hating Bill O'Reilly- I think he was unstable to be honest with you.

  5. James,

I will never regret that K.O. is gone. I stopped listening to his foul mouth in 2008.

Once he's out of the picture... I may venture back over for an occasional listen to the Misogynist Sexist Network Broadcasting Company.

  6. Afrocity,

Agree. Matthews is the next jackass I'd like to see get the boot.

Both of these men were bad news for MSNBCs ratings. Because they drove off at least half of the listenership with their CDS rants.

Let me translate that little bit of bilge:

"Let the woman haters stay honey -- you'll only get someone worse if you fight back!"

I disagree James. MSNBO will still Rachel Maddwoman, Lawrence, and tweety. As their new commercial says, they "lean forward".

  9. I don't know what's more horrible, that Olbermann, who called Malkin, "a mashed up bag of meat with lipstick on it," is being called the face of progressives everywhere, or that MSNBC believes their little stunt is going to convince us that they are an objective voice in journalism.

Regardless, MSNBC needed their 12 viewers to come back, so the Voice of Misogyny has returned.

  10. I agree, yttik. Just quoted you in the next post, in fact. I could not have said it better.

And if that "seething ball of hate" is the "face of Progressives everywhere" then I want NOTHING to do with Progressives.
