"Just Tell Them...
I have worked 40 years to make the Women's Suffrage platform broad enough for Atheists and Agnostics to stand upon, and now if need be I will fight the next 40 to keep it Catholic enough to permit the straightest Orthodox religionist to speak or pray and count her beads upon."

Limbaugh Doubles His Listening Audience After Being Attacked by Obama (Matthews is Jealous.)
The Examiner covers the news, with a link to MSNBC.
Remember when SOME TRUE PROGRESSIVES predicted this? And were attacked by the mindlessly ignorant O-bots for "supporting Rush?"
Well, we can proudly wear our "HA HA buttons" today!
Oh, and one more thing..... if Mr. Obama wasn't wasting his energy attacking some two bit radio personality, perhaps he wouldn't be too tired to entertain dignitaries.
I won't wear my Ha Ha buttons for Rush's success. I hate "I told you so"s when it's about bad news (see W, war in Iraq). But it was a pathetic attempt of taking a page from the GOP playbook. If I didn't know who Rush was already, I'd start listening too - to check out who is this guy that the White House is trying to crush... Remember when W tried to bring down MoveOn - by even having the senate pass a resolution against them? Same theme - "how dare they want the war to fail?" I wonder what came of that brilliant move...
I know what you mean, NYS. I avoid "El Rushbo" at all costs....
But, still, I take a sort of perverse delight in knowing that Tinglepants Matthews and his ilk are waking up to the reality of what they have done to our country.
Anyone who did not see this coming is a blithering fool.
I started listening to Rush during the primaries, but really didn't become a regular until the campaign. I loved to hear him bash Obama. Now, some days I like him, some days I don't, but he is actually quite astute. I was surprised to find out my sister listens to him, also. She was a Hillary supporter who I know voted for Obie because she is a yellow dog dem, but she said she started listening to him during the campaign, also. Her excuse now is that her cat likes to hear his voice...sure...
I won't listen to Rush because he's made super offensive personal comments about various folks, and I don't need that! BUT, he can dump on Zer0 all damn day long as far as I'm concerned. I say it's a small payback for the Zer0 and his spousal unit attending that hate church for 20 years. They're as BAD as Rushbo, ethically and morally speaking.
In "real life" Dawg is a mom, a nurse, a pet rescuer and a tireless advocate for animal rights.
Dawg is happily married for thirty years and has raised three awesome children. She holds an advanced degree in Family Science, wherein her research was focused on women's support circles during parturition. Her dedication to Women's Rights is directly affected by her belief that motherhood should not be a sentence to isolation and disenfranchisement.
Dawg is on hiatus from political bloggery d/t the intense demands of her engagement in the No Kill movement at this time. However, she remains influenced by PUMA politics and reads the blogs of her fellow PUMAs (at right) regularly.

Well, he wasn't too tired to boogie with Teddy last night.
